Positive Accomplishment
Updated: Jul 9, 2020
Oe of my biggest and positive accomplishments will have to be Childbirth.
The reason I chose childbirth as a positive accomplishment for once, in a few hours of something extremely important my parents and siblings came together and helped push me throughout the time giving birth to Paige. I was able to give birth and have a good first experience. If it wasn’t for my family being there I don’t know what I would’ve been because my boyfriend’s mom wasn’t in the state either for my first time giving birth she was supposed to help me push through in case my parents were not supportive.
I was terrified of feeling the pain or losing too much blood and dying because I’m anemic. In fact I did lose too much blood and almost passed out multiple times from losing too much blood that I need two or three pints of blood immediately. Child birth takes a extremely amount of pain to endure even having an epidural you’ll always feel pain, it takes a lot of strength. I would’ve never have thought I was strong enough to carry a fetus into a baby and push her out of me.
One thing I definitely learned from my experiences that somewhere inside of me I do believe in myself. That everything you do takes strength no matter what it is life faces me with. I lived through carrying and giving birth to a beautiful child and I can push through anything else. Especially for last, never take whatever life throws at you for granted even on days where you think wouldn’t “hurt” someone else.
